Your practice's old records could be worth more than you think.
We'll tell you if you qualify, free. A short, no-pressure call to see whether your group's past business records could qualify for a paid data licensing program.

- You keep all of your original records
- No pressure and no obligation

Privacy first
Patient privacy isn't optional. We know.
Here's what stays true from the first call to the final decision.
You keep your originals
Nothing is taken away from your practice. If a buyer accepts you, they license a copy of your business records.
Personal details removed
The data buyers we refer to say they remove personal and sensitive information before any data is used.
Your advisor has the final word
We always suggest reviewing any offer with your own compliance advisor or attorney. We don’t give legal advice.
How it works
Three simple steps. You decide at every one.
Book a free 20-minute call
We talk about your practice and the records you keep, and explain how data licensing works in plain English.
Apply, if it looks like a fit
We point you to the right program. Your practice applies directly with the data buyer, through its own application.
The buyer reviews and decides
The buyer reviews your practice. If you’re accepted, they make you an offer, and you choose whether to take it.
Who qualifies
Is your business a good fit?
Our focus is medical and dental groups. Any established business that meets a buyer's requirements can apply.
Based in the United States
Some programs also accept businesses in Canada, the UK and Australia.
Big enough for a buyer’s program
Medical, dental, accounting and finance: 15+ employees. Law firms: 10+. Most other businesses: 30+ full-time employees (some programs ask for 50+).
Several years of business records
Things like internal emails, procedures, training guides, scheduling and admin files.
Records mostly in English

Before you book

A note from Turner
A straight answer, either way
Hi, I’m Turner. I started Second Opinion Partners to help established businesses find out whether their old records could qualify for AI data licensing, a new option most owners have never heard of. I’m an independent referral partner. I don’t work for any data buyer, and your practice never pays me. If your business is accepted, the buyer pays me a referral fee. And if you’re not a fit, I’ll tell you.
FAQ
Questions owners ask us
What about patient privacy?
The data buyers we refer to say they remove personal and sensitive information, like names and contact details, before data is used. Medical and dental records have strict privacy rules, so please review any agreement with your own compliance advisor or attorney before sharing anything. We can’t give legal advice.
Is it really free?
Yes. Your business never pays us anything. If your business is accepted, the data buyer pays us a referral fee.
Do we lose our files?
No. You keep all of your original records. Buyers license a copy.
What kind of data do buyers want?
Usually years of everyday business records: internal emails and messages, procedures and training guides, scheduling and admin files, and project or operations history, mostly in English.
How much could it be worth?
It depends on the buyer’s own review of your business and data. We can’t promise any amount, and we never will. If you’re accepted, the buyer makes you an offer and you decide.
What if we’re not a fit?
Then we’ll tell you, and that’s it. No cost and no follow-up pressure.
Do you work for the data buyers?
No. We’re an independent referral service. We don’t work for any buyer and can’t make decisions for them. Every business goes through the buyer’s own review.
We’re not a medical practice. Can we still apply?
Yes. Our focus is medical and dental groups, but law firms, accounting and finance firms, and most companies with 30+ full-time employees can qualify too.
